Having fun with Exercise

Doing physical exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle…. That said physical exercise does not have to be something like running a marathon or pulling weights in a gym. To stay healthy it could involve a some gardening or even having a play in the backyard with your children. When you think about exercise, I encourage you to think wider and have fun with it….   1. SO NICELY SAID WITH A MEANINGFUL ADVICE TO THOSE WHO ARE NOT THAT CONVERSANT WITH THE ETHICS OF EXERCISES.

  2. During the weekdays when I don’t have much time to exercise, I will climb 20 storeys of steps without taking the elevator or lift up and down to my apartment unit, have been doing this everyday since I was a kid! So, I exercise quite regularly more than others, though I don’t go to the gym!

  3. My vote goes for dancing. A perfect way to have fun, exercise and express yourself!
