I would recommend it for all the read. I did up a review of my thoughts about the book which can be found at this link Peaks and Valleys.

  1. I just finished reading this book, and it was a great book. Easy read but incredible insight.

  2. Thanks mate, this is a great book. Peaks breeds the elements that lead to the next failure, yet failures mode the conditions necessary for the next peak. Times never last, whether good or bad. The key is to be mindful of where you are at, what’s coming and make the best of the present. Enjoy your week!!
