What is Embrace Practice?

Since the beginning of the year Kim, my lovely wife and myself have been in a business partnership. The business partnership on a personal level was to allow Kim to be able to work around our children and on a business level was to be able to work with and assist individuals, teams and organisations to develop in the areas of Leadership, Management, Business, Entrepreneurship, Education and Care.

Both Kim and myself have a passion for what we do. Within her passion for Education and Care Kim has done some amazing things with Directors, Room Leaders, Educators, Teams and Families. As I work full time I have not be as active as Kim, however with my passion for Leadership, Management and Organisational Processes I have assisted with the develop of organisational policies, procedures and business processes and leadership training and coaching.

Between us we also have a passion for the Community, Youth, Travel and Adventure. In fact in October we were the adult mentoring team for a youth led community service project to Timor Leste (East Timor) with the Scouts. The purpose of the trip was to develop leadership skills in teenagers, build relationships with the Timorese people, learn about another culture, help others through a community project and to have fun (very important to enjoy what you do).

So the business has grown and we have been providing services for clients in the areas of Coaching, Training and Consulting. In addition we have published material on our websites for use by others. It has come to a point that we need to develop a brand for our coaching, training and consulting part of the business. We have picked and registered the business name of “Embrace Practice“. Our mission for Embrace Practice is to “Align the Individual, Team and Organisation to achieve Greatness.” We take a holistic approach to working with the individual, team and organisation to develop the skills, capabilities and outcomes for the stakeholders. Check out our website at http://www.embracepractice.com and even subscribe for updates from our online information hub and coaching, training and consulting services.

As for the ovari.biz website. This will remain our online information hub. We will continue to post and publish articles on the site.
