Change Management
Is your organisation experiencing change?
Do you sense that the world is changing?
Does your organisation need to change?
What process should your organisation use to change?
How and when should your organisation involve stakeholders?
After being through a number of restructures and corporate changes I have seen these changes happen quickly and slow. I must admit in many occasions they have not had a long term positive impact. So I have written an article on the considerations and processes that I have seen to be successful. This article called “Big Change by Small Steps” is placed on my business website http://www.ovari.biz at http://www.ovari.biz/leadership/big-change-by-small-steps/
Enjoy and I look forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences on change and change management.

Enjoyed reading your thoughts! Organizations are facing enormous changes based on demographics! I am a Baby Boomer – there were a lot of us to choose from in stocking the workforce! That is changing. And I have a feeling the next generation has a broader understanding of global forces. I think they have the knowledge, enthusiasm and drive to take over leadership roles.
You have introduced a good point about demographics. Each generation has unique issues that it raises and contributes to change. I think that is it important that we change for a purpose and not just for the sake of change.
I agree wholeheartedly. And it depends upon who dictates the terms of the change…the balance of power is moving. I am watching with great interest as the next generation takes on the challenge. They are ready and have the courage necessary to face the challenges that come from sharing resources. The questions then become: who will share the clean air, water, food…
Many Challenges for the future, though each generations have had their challenges and as in the past I am sure that this generation will step up to the challenge.
I am courting on it!! Your thoughts give me great hope…thank you!!
Great article Attila, the 5W’s help keep everyone focused and headed in the right direction.
Thanks Tina…. I would like to think of change management as evolution rather than change.
You are so correct as it will take time to change… Happy Sunday to you!
